Seung Ho Lee, Esq

Mr. Lee has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of domestic and international patent law. He has been involved in numerous patent infringement lawsuits, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in patent prosecution and a wide range of related activities, including providing patentability, validity, and infringement opinions, as well as client counseling. He is licensed to practice before the Korean Patent Office and has prosecuted numerous patents in Korea for over a decade.

Mr. Lee holds a B.S. and M.S. in Control and Instrumentation Engineering from Seoul National University. He also worked at the IP Center of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a world-renowned electronics manufacturing company, handling various patent-related litigations and licensing matters.

During his career as a patent attorney, Mr. Lee has focused on securing and enforcing standard essential patents (SEPs), particularly in technologies such as 3G CDMA-2000/WCDMA, 4G LTE, 5G NR, and 802.11 WIFI. Over the past decade, dozens of patents he has registered have been included in several patent pools, including Avanci, and have been utilized in multiple patent litigations in the United States. He is one of the few experts specialized in securing and enforcing patents related to the physical layer in various fields of communication standard patents.
